The Consumers Choice Funeral Plan® was created to help families of all faiths and backgrounds and to help make educated decisions when pre-planning for end-of-life circumstances. This plan guarantees your wishes are respected and that your funeral is carried out in the manner you choose, regardless of religious affiliation.

The Consumers Choice Funeral Plan® is designed with your preferences in mind.

By pre-planning, you help protect yourself against the higher future cost of funerals and burials. The plan provides:

Funds to pay for your funeral and burial expenses.
A Death Benefit that increases in value to offset future higher costs.
Protected funds in the event you need to apply for Medicaid.
For individuals up to age 99.
Flexibility to update and make changes to your plan at any time without penalty. You are not legally bound to a specific funeral provider since the Plan does NOT use a funeral home contract.
Complete control to choose a funeral home: No restrictions, no prior plan approval. At the time of death, the funeral provider you choose will only be paid if, and when, the services you’ve selected have been provided.
Complete control of the monies until such time as they are needed: YOU are the owner of your funeral plan. YOU name the beneficiary of the plan. You’ll always know where your money is and how your benefit has grown.
Return of excess funds: Unlike many funeral plans, funds not spent on your final expenses are returned to your named beneficiary tax free and excluded from your estate for probate purposes.
