• For individuals up to age 99.
• Flexibility to update and make changes to your plan at any time without penalty. You are not legally bound to a specific funeral provider since the Plan does NOT use a funeral home contract.
• Complete control to choose a funeral home: No restrictions, no prior plan approval. At the time of death, the funeral provider you choose will only be paid if, and when, the services you’ve selected have been provided.
• Complete control of the monies until such time as they are needed: YOU are the owner of your funeral plan. YOU name the beneficiary of the plan. You’ll always know where your money is and how your benefit has grown.
• Return of excess funds: Unlike many funeral plans, funds not spent on your final expenses are returned to your named beneficiary tax free and excluded from your estate for probate purposes.
