About Us
Established in 1998, The Catholic Family Security Association (CFSA) is dedicated to guiding you through funeral planning and financing. We were created to address the needs of families in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but have since expanded to offer our services nationwide.
Our organization is dedicated to educating people of all faiths around the nation about funeral and burial traditions. CFSA is wholly owned by The Catholic Cemeteries Association of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, a nonprofit. The Catholic Cemeteries Association is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Diocesan Bishop, who serves as Chairman.

Our teams consist of over 80 experienced field agents who are professionally licensed and trained in the field of funeral and burial pre-planning. These agents are located throughout our many offices nationwide and can offer you free consultation regarding any final expense questions that you may have. Our claim coordinators maintain connection and service to your family, even after the funeral has taken place.
